Brianna Velie Silverberg

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Providing support through a biblical and holistic lens is at the heart of my work. I believe in caring for the whole person—physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual—while recognizing how childhood and life experiences shape our overall functioning. Together, we will explore challenges and create a supportive space for healing, growth, and meaningful change.

I specialize in supporting individuals and families navigating attachment concerns, adoption, foster care experiences, and the unique dynamics within the adoption triad. Whether you are an adoptee, birth parent, adoptive parent, or part of the foster care system, therapy can provide a safe space to process identity, connection, loss, and belonging.

I also specialize in supporting individuals and families as they navigate parenting decisions, life transitions, and the emotional complexities of raising children. Whether you’re preparing to become a parent or adjusting to life with a new baby, therapy can provide a space to process the challenges and changes that come with this season of life.

In addition to these focus areas, I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, parenting challenges, and major life transitions. I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches while focusing on strengthening attachment, emotional regulation, and healthy connection within individuals and families.
