Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
My faith in Jesus is the foundation of my life and the work I do as a therapist. I have a deep desire to walk alongside individuals, teens, couples, and families who are facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, infidelity, life transitions, and the impact of past experiences. I believe counseling can be a place where emotional healing and spiritual growth come together, helping people move toward the life God created them to live.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, my goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their story, gain clarity, and move toward healthier relationships and a deeper understanding of who God created them to be. I integrate biblical principles and Christian counseling into the therapeutic process, recognizing that faith can be a powerful source of hope, restoration, and direction.
In my clinical work, I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment-based therapy, and the Gottman Method. My aim is to provide a compassionate and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and encouraged as they pursue healing and lasting change.
I consider it a privilege to come alongside people as they work through difficult seasons and pursue growth, healing, and a deeper walk with Christ.
