Hello, my name is Mercy Cash. I am currently a provisional licensed professional counselor (PLPC) working in southwest Missouri. I graduated from Evangel University with a masters in counseling. I have experience with community mental health and couples therapy. I am a therapist working with couples and individuals at The Marriage Workshop in Springfield, MO. I also am a contract therapist that does intensive sessions with couples at Hope Restored in Branson, MO.
My framework with working with clients is to have a holistic approach and work toward healthy changes. I use trauma-informed approaches like EMDR for my clients when needed. I am trained in Focus Marital Therapy and use approaches from Emotion-Focused Therapy for couples that are navigating big and little stressors in life.
