It’s possible to be strong in your faith, capable in your everyday life, and still recognize that something doesn’t feel quite right. Stress, difficult experiences, changing relationships, or carrying too much for too long can affect you emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
I’m Dawn Marrero, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arizona and California and a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional. I work with teen girls and women through a Christian-integrated approach that considers the connection between spirit, mind, and body.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I help clients look beneath the surface and become curious about what may be contributing to how they feel. This may include exploring thoughts and emotions, past experiences, relationships, how stress shows up in the body, and patterns that may be affecting their well-being. From there, we identify practical tools and meaningful changes that fit their lives.
Faith is a natural part of this work. Scripture, prayer, biblical reflection, and conversations about identity in Christ can be incorporated into therapy, creating space for clinical care and spiritual growth.
With more than a decade of experience in social work and mental health, my goal at Beautiful Authenticity Wellness & Clinical Services is to offer a warm, welcoming space where you can talk openly, feel heard, better understand what you’re experiencing, and move forward with greater clarity and hope.
I offer in-person therapy in Chandler, Arizona, and telehealth throughout Arizona and California. My practice is primarily private pay. Upon request, I can provide a superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. A limited number of insurance-based appointments may also be available through Headway.
