I seek to utilize spiritual healing as the foundation for emotional, mental, and psychological integration. I help people break free from old school legalism that cripples growth in Christ while embracing all that God desires you to be. My clinical focus is on anxiety, with a specialty in social anxiety and panic disorder, as well as adult and adolescent depression, ADHD, and bipolar disorders. I work with adolescents, parents, and adults.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey. I have an office in Davie, FL, and provide online counseling sessions using a HIPAA-secure platform.
Through a mindfulness-based cognitive-behavioral approach, I partner with you to uncover the beliefs that drive your thoughts, feelings, and behavior. While awareness and insight are critical to change, they are not sufficient to create the lasting, transformative shifts that most people seek. I tap into your strengths and develop individualized strategies and solutions you can implement once the session ends. I believe that the power of God and the therapeutic relationship are the conduit through which meaningful change can occur.
